You WILL need to create an account on this website in order to register. While seemingly inconvenient, please keep in mind that you are accessing a website with a portal where payment information is transmitted and received. Not requiring users to create an account before registering creates a major security hole that we do not want to subject our users to. A minor inconvenience in creating an account is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
