The Spring 2016 forms and information sheets are now available here on our website. Please feel free to print the registration form and mail it with payment before March 5th, 2016. The deadline is EXTREMELY firm this Spring due to a constrained schedule because of the odd academic calendar this year. We will NOT be extending the registration deadline, any registrations received after March 5th will be placed on a waiting list, so send your registration early! Links to the form and information are below. Please do NOT send your Medical Release forms with your registration, these are to be turned in to your coaches!
